Q: Do I need to be home when you pick up my dog?
- No. Before we can start any services, we must have a meeting. We discus were we will walk. We also pick up two sets of keys, one for our records and one for your walker. We have a very strict privacy policy. You will always have the same walker/ sitter. You will be notifying if your walker/ sitter is not available and we will recommend another. We have very high standards all of our walkers/ pet sitters must meet.
Q: Do you use your own leashes?
- Yes. We use leashes made by a company called Extreme Pet Products. They are very strong leashes with a bungee built into it that will absorb any shock your dog or the walker will feel when the dog pulls suddenly. You can check them out on their web site.
